It is mainly used for the inactivation treatment of live toxic wastewater generated by biopharmaceutical enterprises, laboratories, research institutes, medical testing and other units. The live toxic wastewater discharged by these units during the production process often contains some live bacteria and viruses, which are highly hazardous and need to be disinfected and sterilized to kill pathogens before being discharged into the next level of sewage treatment system. The working principle of this device is to use physical and thermal sterilization methods for biological live virus wastewater. Steam is directly introduced into the live virus wastewater, and high temperature is used to denature the bacterial cells or inactivate the coagulase, causing the bacteria to die. The chemical bonds in DNAT and RNA of the virus are broken due to the heat transfer across years under high temperature, resulting in virus inactivation. After inactivation, the virus is cooled by a heat exchanger and discharged. At the same time, users can add strong alkali before inactivation and strong acid for neutralization before discharge as needed. It has the advantages of thorough sterilization, high degree of automation, simple operation, good safety, and high reliability. It is an optional product for biological vaccines and other biopharmaceutical companies, research institutes, P3 laboratories, medical testing and other departments. This system consists of one or two collection tanks, two inactivation tanks, a circulating water pump, corresponding pipelines, valves, and control cabinets. It is controlled by a touch screen and PLC, and equipped with an imported steam water mixer; Biological wastewater is transported in fully enclosed pipelines without any leakage. Equipped with corresponding valves and sensors, it can collect and record temperature, pressure, liquid level, time and other data in real time, achieve intelligent program control, realize unmanned operation and network control, and the entire operation is fully automated.

Process technology:

This inactivation method can disinfection and sterilization viruses and live bacteria in wastewater.

To prevent protein clumping, the agitator inside the tank is started during heating and discharging.
